Prof. Rana Tamim
Founder and CEO

I am a Professor of Educational Technology with extensive experience as an educational leader, researcher, and instructional designer. I believe in transformational leadership that creates positive environments, builds on team members’ strengths, invests in capacity building, and empowers individuals to reach their potential.

My research expertise includes qualitative and quantitative methods and analyses, as well as systematic reviews and meta-analytic procedures. I value the teacher’s role as an instructional designer who creates student-centered learning environments and facilitates knowledge acquisition across diverse settings, including face-to-face, distance, online, and blended.

I am who I am today as the result of a long journey that continues through edubridges, where research, collaboration, and shared learning come together to inspire meaningful educational change.

Art Director

Shapes the visual identity of edubridges across its brand, campaigns, publications, and digital presence. Her background in fine arts, branding, and design strategy brings creativity, clarity, and consistency to how edubridges is represented.



Ms. Carine El Yamani

Professional Development Director

Leads the development of edubridges professional learning programs, with a focus on meaningful, learner-centered experiences grounded in educational practice. She brings more than 24 years of experience in teaching, curriculum, accreditation, and educational leadership.



Ms. Rana Bassaj

Program Coordinator

Coordinates the planning and delivery of edubridges programs, helping move initiatives from concept to implementation. Her experience in research, mathematics education, and educational leadership brings a strong understanding of schools, equity, and organizational change.



Ms. Sari Rifaat

Knowledge & Community Director

Leads the knowledge and community dimensions of edubridges, strengthening member engagement, resource sharing, and professional exchange. Her expertise in librarianship, educator support, and community building helps create an accessible and connected learning environment.



Mr. Nader Abou Jaoude

Community Experience Manager

Strengthens the experience of edubridges members while fostering engagement, communication, and strong relationships. His background in customer success, client relations, and brand management brings a strong service-oriented perspective to the role.

Mr. Alain Abou Mounsef

Marketing Executive

Advances the visibility and outreach of edubridges through digital content, social media, and marketing campaigns. His experience in digital advertising, content development, research, and campaign strategy helps connect edubridges programs and ideas with wider audiences.
