I am a Professor of Educational Technology with extensive experience as an educational leader, researcher, and instructional designer. I believe in transformational leadership that creates positive environments, builds on team members’ strengths, invests in capacity building, and empowers individuals to reach their potential.

My research expertise includes qualitative and quantitative methods and analyses, as well as systematic reviews and meta-analytic procedures. I value the teacher’s role as an instructional designer who creates student-centered learning environments and facilitates knowledge acquisition across diverse settings, including face-to-face, distance, online, and blended.

I am who I am today as the result of a long journey that continues through edubridges, where research, collaboration, and shared learning come together to inspire meaningful educational change.
